One Stop Job Market Announces Re-branding Completion

Salisbury, MD (September 24, 2018)-

The Lower Shore Workforce Development Board, Tri-County Council of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and the American Job Center Partners are happy to announce the re-naming of the One-Stop Job Market.  The newly named Lower Shore American Job Center, located in the Tri-County Multipurpose building at 31901 Tri-County Way, Salisbury, continues to be a valuable resource to the local workforce development system.  The center provides an integrated array of high-quality services so that workers, job seekers, and businesses in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties can conveniently find the help they need.

The rebranding has consisted of new signage facing Route 50 as well as on the building, updated interior of the Lower Shore American Job Center, as well as a brand new website, www.lowershoreajc.org.

American Job Centers are designed to help businesses find qualified workers and help job seekers obtain employment and training services to enhance their careers.  As part of the national American Job Center Network, this location provides services to unemployed and underemployed individuals seeking job search assistance at no cost.  Job seekers are afforded convenient access to the employment, education, training and information services they need at a single location.  Additionally, the American Job Center provides a number of no cost services to employers including posting of employment opportunities on our job boards and referrals of qualified job candidates from our extensive pool of clients.
