At the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance, we have the pleasure of having a dedicated team of individuals who assist our community in the workforce. This week, we would like our employee spotlight to highlight Niccole Oliver, our Youth Program Coordinator.
"My name is Niccole Oliver, and I work in the Youth Program Department as the Youth Program Coordinator at the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance. I feel blessed to be able to work with committed young adults in the community and help them realize their potential. Working alongside such an amazing and dedicated team makes my job an adventure. Through our programs and partnerships with community resources, we equip young adults with the necessary skills to achieve their educational, training, and career goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, line dancing, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family and friends."
