At the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance, we have the pleasure of having a dedicated team of individuals who assist our community in the workforce. This week, we would like our employee spotlight to highlight Thomas Saito-Sherris, our Career Coach Liaison.
"Hello, my name is Thomas Saito-Sherris and I am the Career Coach Liaison for the Lower Shore Work Force Alliance. My main responsibility is to act as the liaison between LSWA, local educational agencies, and businesses to implement Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. I would say my favorite part of this job is learning constantly about a wide range of subjects that affect workforce development in regard to our students and local industries. A favorite activity of mine out of work is gaming and trying new foods and expanding my culinary experiences."
